Located over the Carriage House which is attached to the main house, this room has its' own private entrance and a kitchenette. It features a lovely Victorian, hand carved headboard with a queen sized bed, a day bed with a trundle (2 twin beds), a sitting area, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, streaming television and a private bath with shower. Central air conditioning and a ceiling fan ensure your comfort. This room and Annie Oakley are situated back-to-back allowing rental of both as a two room 
Annie Oakley and the Annex, both having queen sized beds, may be rented together as a two room suite, sleeping up to 6! Situated back to back, they may connect if rented as a suite and would have direct access to the main house as well as a private entrance.
