The Annex

Located over the Carriage House which is attached to the main house, this room has its' own private entrance and features a lovely Victorian, hand carved headboard with a queen sized bed, a day bed with a trundle (2 twin beds), a sitting area, refrigerator and coffee maker. Cable TV and a private bath with shower plus central air conditioning and a ceiling fan ensure your comfort. This room and Annie Oakley are situated back-to-back allowing rental of both as a two room suite!

About our Country Guest House

When you're visiting the Saratoga Springs area, we invite you to stay with us at Loon Meadow Farm. Situated on 153 acres in Greenfield Center, conveniently located just minutes away from Northway Exits 13N, 15 & 16, downtown Saratoga Springs, the Saratoga TB race track, Saratoga Casino and Raceway, Saratoga Polo, SPAC, the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Skidmore college and so much more!

We are a Christian home. Your hosts, Beth and Steve Podhajecki have a decade's long history of hosting both travelers through, and visitors to our area as well as providing horse drawn vehicles for weddings, parties, festivals, town events, parades, funerals, and private carriage and sleigh rides, both at our farm or on location. Come meet us and our driving horses! Stay at Loon Meadow Farm for two or more nights and enjoy a discounted carriage or a sleigh ride from our farm or have a carriage meet you in the Saratoga Spa State Park or downtown Saratoga Springs for a private tour!

Our three guest rooms each have private baths. One also has a private entrance, an additional day bed and can connect to the adjoining room, making a suite where your family or friends can stay for a long or short term! Traveling with your horse or horses for racing, polo, showing, rodeo, pleasure riding, or just passing through and need a respite? Your horse can have a private stall and turnout, no need to worry how your horse is doing away from you, if so inclined bring your horse or horses with you! Loon Meadow offers safe and comfy stalls in our newly erected horse barn as well as private outdoor turnouts; plus plenty of easy access parking for your rig.
